  • BAD BAD BAD! Don't ever go to Susan, the aesthetician! No customer service whatsoever! I was late 5 min cuz couldn't find the place and they wouldn't answer the phone to give directions( which they almost never do or call back anyway). When. I finally got there I was told she was w/a client. So I waited 30 min just for her to come out and tell me to reschedule! She never call me to check if I was on my way, just took the next client! Also, her attitude when talking to me made me never want to go back! I never write reviews, but this was just outrageous! BEWARE!
