A farmer-to-customer operation, with an excellent selection of superb quality meats, prepared food, and take-home meals in a self-serve freezer. No deli meats here, as everything they serve is made on the premises, including a good selection of sausages, my favourite being the all-beef chorizo. The staff are awesome, friendly, knowledgable, and accomodating. The decor is warm and inviting and the place is spotless. This is my butcher in the hood.
