rev:text	My stays at this Hilton location are always pleasant. If you're a Hilton Honours member you get a higher floor, and some other convenience options including HH points and offers (check their website and enroll - its free). The beds are very comfortable, I always book a king or king deluxe suite, which I am always happy with. The service is top notch, it is a HIlton after all. One time I had some serious billing issues where they billed me for everything in the mini bar (yes, everything). Though we didn't touch the bar, the receptionist couldn't do much but refer my complaint/issue. I spoke to the manager a couple weeks later and had the issue resolved right there on the spot. This is one of my favourite hotels to stay at, and it is so close to the highway so I recommend all my out of town guests to stay here as well. Definitely a 4/5 star rating.
