Maybe 2 1/2 stars. They get good marks for downtown location and large selection, and the staff are generally knowledgeable - but that is if you can find staff. (Update: They seem to have many more staff available to help you than they did years ago when staff were HARD to find.)
I don't know if things have changed much, but back when I was buying point and shoot digital cameras and prosumer models - you had to knock unconscious 3 or 4 other customers to ever be able to get staff to get around to looking at you.
I guess there is more staff in the DSLR area these days, but you may still wait a while.
And then comes the bad news about the prices. Henry's pretty much sticks to manufacturers MSRP - and if you don't know a salesperson really well then they will probably not give you a break. (Although I guess they price match with Canadian retail stores.)
But you can save A LOT by going elsewhere (like Downtown Camera - 70 yards away from Henry's on Queen Street east of Yonge St.)
But I guess I also have to give Henry's good marks for their 14 day return policy. This is nice when you buy a lens (because you will not always be happy with it.)
But my advice is check out Henry's and then go to their competition for the deals.
PS: I want to compliment Henry's on their website. It's a great place to go to check current standard prices, and to see what's available. And again - it's REALLY nice to be able to return a lens within 14 days if you don't like it - and as many of you may know, most of your lenses you're going to fall out of favor with fairly soon anyways (as your tastes and preferences change.)
