  • Yep ALL these bad experience reviews are spot on & it's sad I really wanted it to be different! I live at 99th ave & camelback CLEAR ACROSS TOWN! First time coming in 2 guys sat across from each other doing who knows on their laptops for at least 15 minutes then finally they helped me the one was so vague about my next steps "just follow the checklist on your app" is all I got. So what do you know I did that & get ALL THE WAY HERE AGAIN only to find out no there's a physical checklist on a sheet of paper that needed to be followed! Not like you can call or check or anything! The manager was condescending to say the least like they just expect people to know everything! The link on the paper he gave me didn't work for the mentor class either! The funny thing is I'm very intelligent I'd hate to see the way they treat elderly or others that have never driven for a rideshare service! So today I had scheduled 2 trainings back to back AGAIN I COME ALL THE WAY HERE I arrive at EXACTLY 10am an elderly gentleman took some time signing in so it put me at 10:02 roughly HOWEVER NO CLASS HAD STARTED YET! We were all sitting & waiting then they call us up to do the class & the same vague guy from my first visit yells my name loudly because that's how they talk in there LOUDLY & another guy told me to sit so I did & he told me I need to reschedule cause I was late! I said no I wasn't then the vague RUDELY yelled yes you were you signed in after 10! Supposedly EVEN THOUGH NO ONE TELLS YOU OR ITS WRITTEN NOWHERE that you have to be here 10-15 minutes early even though you sit for another 10-15 minutes after you arrive! So I say I'll just wait I guess since my other class starts at 10:20 & then after waiting another 10 minutes the girl comes over & tells me I gotta come back & 1 because they're afraid I might not come back?! WOW just WOW so in other words they're afraid they might waste their precious time LOL. BTW I have a 5 star Uber rating & a 4.8 Lyft rating my riders LOVE me & I LOVE them from seeing these horrible driver reviews I thought I could do the company good but obviously they are control freaks that just want to be rude! I can't think of any other reason to not let me do the class when they let me sit here & wait along with everyone else. Why not tell me when I signed in? Why not have it written? WHY ARE YALL SO RUDE???
