  • Never ever go to Tea from Regis at Robinson. Honestly from the start of my appointment I felt uncomfortable. I did not trust her and her personality made me cringe. She RUINED my hair. I had long hair, about belly button length. I told her that I wanted 1 inch cut off with NO layers. This lady decides to give me layers, and she made the layers around my face above my shoulder!!! On top of that she didn't even blend the layers at all. It was so bad. The only positive thing I have to say is the manager gave me a full refund and corporate sent me a gift card.
