The therapists are great, the front office is a solid "meh". They give different answers to the same questions, and are not pleasant.
On the other hand they did change my appt for me with no complaints.
The therapists actually read the files on their patients, and have a policy of making PT feel good, in between the pain of muscles that aren't cooperating.
Place is clean, with stained carpets. Walls could stand a coat of paint, too.
All in all I wouldn't say fight to be assigned to this location, but don't fight it if you aren't, either.
