I would give no stars if I could. In person at the store service was fantastic but trying to actually get my furniture has been an angry frustrating experience. By the time my move in date arrived some of my stuff was on backordered so I asked for everything to come at once. Nearly a month later and finally everything is in stock and ready to be delivered yay!
As I type this they have confirmed to me TWICE! Once in person and once on the phone that my delivery would be between 1pm-4pm which was great and I booked the moving elevator in my building. They showed up at 12 and said no my delivery was confirmed between 10:15am-1:15pm. I have booked the day off for this and now they are saying they are not coming back to my neighbourhood to honour the 1-4 delivery THAT THEY CONFIRMED WITH ME TWICE! I will never ever purchase another thing from The Brick after this experience. I'm so angry at this point I don't even want the stuff and should have shopped elsewhere. Maybe then I would have actually had furniture instead of an empty place for an entire month and empty promises of delivery windows that they refuse to honour and come back for.
I'll be making sure that everyone I know is aware of how terrible their delivery service is so that no one else has to deal with this headache.
