  • I have been to many Gold's Gyms and this one is one of the nicest. The Gym shares the indoor space with a pharmacy and is a year and a half old. This "Prestige" franchise has another location to use with your membership. As soon as you walk in the doors to the building there's a nice juice bar and they have 5$ shake specials every month. The front desk girl was nice and the facility was great. They have HumanSport equipment and TechnoGym (from Europe) equipment and it works amazingly, I had a great workout! They also have a Power Board to make your training more concentrated . The cardio machines have their own personal TV's. There's a Woman's only section, a Cardio Cinema where you can watch movies while working out , Yoga, Steam room and Sauna in the bathrooms and granite counter tops, it is a small locker area though, but they do have digital lockers where you can store your gear. Plenty of classes here too I got to try out a spin class and the pedals and seats were more comfortable for me to use than the other typical spin bikes I'm used to so I had a Great Spin Class here. They also have a kids Garderie. I recommend this gym if you're nearby and are looking for a great workout in an updated gym, the adrenaline always gets a smile from me :)
