  • I have been a customer at the Bell Road and Tatum, Az Cost Cutters for 15 years. I have never had such horrible experiences since the new manager at the Bell Road and Tatum location started. I believe her name is Cherise. She is unbelievable rude to customers. She needs to be fired immediately. Ever Time I am at this location, she is arguing with someone. I really find it uphauling that she is a manager. Management needs to stop by this store and have a long chat with her. I also find her constantly looking over and following other staff and checking on what they are doing and how they ring up services. It is very uncomfortable when she is standing behind the staff checking every move they make. As a customer, I feel offended.! Cherise should not be involved in any business that involves customer service.
