My husband and I drove down to desert 215 on Sunday the 26th. I was super disappointment to learn that they were closed. Although we spotted a man on the lot so naturally I made my husband ask the employee if we could just walk into the lot. He gladly welcomed us! Although he mentioned the dealership was technically closed and he couldn't talk numbers although he was more than willing to answer all jeep related questions as well as let me walk over to the jeep I had my eyes on. (I spotted an all white rubicon in the mix from the street) I promised I wouldn't take all of his time as i knew exactly what I wanted.. And it was extremely hot mid day (Vegas summer). He gladly let me peek in the windows and take a photo. He invited us back the next day if we were interested in the jeep. I felt like inventory was small on what I wanted. White. All white hard top. Rubicon. Leather seats. So I forced my husband to drive me to the chapman jeep dealership that same evening. Of course they were closed (Sunday). I walked their lot and fell in love with the exact same jeep as desert 215. Monday the 27th rolls around and we head to chapman as they had great reviews online and desert 215 being a new dealership we were weary. Needless to say chapman made us feel uneasy, uncomfortable and they were absolutely unwilling to work with us/ assist us in coming to a deal we were comfortable with. The next day Tuesday the 28th feeling discouraged after our experience at chapman my Husband surprised me with a trip to desert 215 on my lunch hour. We both kept reflecting on how comfortable Chris the man on the lot had made us feel from Sunday. I saw my jeep inside in person and we were in and out of the door in just under two hours. I was thrilled with the customer service and how personable Chris was... He was the sole reason we went back to the dealership. We are now proud owners of a 2016 white rubicon! Thanks Chris and everyone at desert 215!!!! I would recommend this place to anyone I know our experience was fabulous!
