  • Ordinarily I'd do 3 stars, but I'm a steak snob, and Dessy B's doesn't deserve my snobbery :) What can I say? Even though the meat cuts seemed mediocre, again, I'm pickier than most about steak, and it's REALLY tough to argue with the price for being in Las Vegas and reasonably close to The Strip. Staff was nothing but nice. Very friendly, accommodating, and prompt every step of the way. Really cool salad bar setup, they had a little of everything. The verdict: If you're on Yelp looking for a steak joint off The Strip that won't have American Express calling you wondering if you're trying to buy an island, you'll like Dessy B's.
