Bagels are good. Not NY good but for down in NC they are the best I've found. But here is my question. How come they don't have a separate line just for bagels on the weekends and in the mornings in general? It's totally ridiculous that someone coming in to grab a dozen bagels has to wait 30 min while they make egg sandwiches, etc for all these other customers. I would come in much more frequently if they just had a separate person running a bagel only line. They would sell 10 times the number of bagels and cream cheese. I hope someone from the restaurant reads this and takes the suggestion. You would make a lot more money and your customers would be a lot more satisfied. It's a simple solution to a very evident problem.
