  • I'd strongly reconsider moving into ANY property managed by this company. Their staff is unwilling and/or unable to provide basic customer service when it comes to the maintenance of their properties. Renting properties "move in ready" with Sinks with no faucets, toilets running, house completely dirty, left over garbage from previous tenants, back yard filled with dog poop. To which their reply was "oh our tenants usually like to clean themselves".... your tenants willingly clean up after previous tenants? What a racket Their staff responds to issues with little to no regard for their tenants, responding to emails 5-14days later most of the time disregarding 50-80% of the concerns. If 0 stars could be given I would have opted for that.
