  • I was given the gift of a Chanel handbag by a dear friend. Once I got it home though, I had second thoughts about my choice and went back to Chanel at The Wynn to exchange it. Not only did Lana remember me from the evening of the original purchase, she guided me through the exchange. I chose a lovely silver evening bag instead (and a pair of fabulous shoes). Lana was amazing! She is the perfect example of excellent customer care and service! I will be back to that store just to visit with Lana again.... There is a necklace that may have to be in my future!
