  • This company turned my pool into a disaster. If I would not add chemicals myself, pool would turn green. I called the management, spoke to Kathy and she did not do anything. She got me the number of my tech, Justin, and told me to talk to him. The tech does not come every week as he is supposed to. I had taken the pool water to Leslie's to test the water. They said that there was almost no chlorine, ph is too high so the chlorine would not work, acid needed to be added. I had told the tech that there was not enough chlorine and acid, ph was too high... He said that he would take care of that, but a week later there was even more algae in the pool, and it turned all green now! Unbelievable! We had no problem with our pool until this company had taken over the service. And we have constant problems with the pool since then. I cannot use the pool in the summer time, when we really need it. I do not understand what they are being paid for?! Would never recommend this company to any of my friends.
