I witnessed a young man who worked there tell a family that they were not allowed to take photos of their photo book. I get that it's irritating not to be able to do so, but let's be honest, are the photos really that great in the first place? I'm assuming it's company policy as well. This family continued to ignore this young man. The young man went to grab the photo book from them and a big guy, I'm assuming the husband, starting yelling and getting in this young man's face. The young man proceeded to walk away and this family, children included, began mocking this employee. I couldn't believe my eyes. None of his fellow employees or managers came to this guy's rescue, they all just sat and stared as it unfolded. I liked the aquarium before this incident and so did my children, but I am truly in awe of how little managers seem to care about their employees and it makes me never want to give my money to such a place ever again. It was very apparent that this family just wanted free stuff by the way they were treating this employee and the extent they took it to. I sincerely hope for the sake of your employees that you don't allow this kind of thing on a regular basis.
