Being from Hawai'i, eating at Babystacks Cafe is like immersing myself back in the islands. The taste of the pancakes here is reminiscent of Oahu's Cinnamon's, and is wonderful! After dining here a few times, I can say that the servers are always very polite and make great suggestions.
In the world of pancakes, I'd have to say that the Bananas Foster was my favorite! My boyfriend however, said that his favorite was the red velvet. We also tried the corned beef hash breakfast and the rachero omelette (pics attached) which were equally delicious. Corned beef hash is such an island favorite! They let you upgrade to garlic rice for $1 extra which is well worth it.
Next time we go back, we're looking forward to trying all the kalua pig options on the menu! Try to go early if you can so you can avoid the line. But even if you have to wait in line, there is a pokestop next door at Mongolian Grill!
