  • Waiting on third repair visit to fix an overflowing washer. First guy thought his repair fixed it, no luck. 2nd guy did nothing. Told wife she was filling the high efficiency too full. And then today after telling Sears the washer and dryer were stacked and told would need 2 guys they sent only 1 and had to reschedule again. I have nothing at this point to say real positive about Sears repair service
