  • 5 Stars for Dan Sheridan. I have disliked every auto dealer and especially their service departments for most of my life. That ALL changed @ Porsche North Scottsdale, the dealership was fantastic and the service advisor Dan S. was even better. I was stunned when I met the guy because he was different. Good different. He was humble, polite, non judgemental, accommodating, knowledgeable, funny, HONEST and an all around genuinely nice guy. It's like I met another me. I live in North Scottsdale and having the dealership so close was awesome! Then, he moved to Chandler.....so, I followed and it's worth the 40 minute drive. He continues to be an excellent advisor and Dan really does LOVE the brand he works for and truly is on the consumer's side of things when it comes to getting service. He does not want a one night stand and a big cash grab, he want's to build trust and wants you to stick with him and with Porsche. Dan Sheridan is the gold standard for Service advisors. * I have not purchased from Porsche Chandler Location so this review is for Dan in the service department only.
