  • I have been going to Cynthia's for my Janome 6600 annual servicing since I bought it from them in 2012. It was a refurbished machine & I absolutely love it, but recently I've been feeling the need to "upgrade". No up selling here! The guys there are so helpful & honest & told me that I have a wonderful machine & really should stick w/it. They knew I was in the market, but chose to tell me all the great benefits of the machine I already have! I do think there annual servicing charge is a bit steep - but then again, I have not checked anywhere else. And between that & the fact that we have to drive quite a distance to get to them, I felt 4 stars was fair. Will definitely go back when I really decide to get a new machine.
