  • During a no-filre session, I was disciplined for approaching the (unloaded and checked) weapons. This is fine as I broke the rules. What is not fine is that the female range master started to insult me and other customers making comments like "everyone is really stupid today" and "I wish that they would leave". I appreciate their overall diligence in keeping their customers safe, but rude employees like this do not belong in a public-facing job.
