I'm not sure where to start.... the two star rating is because they let you have up to three pets (with a big deposit per pet of course) & did not discriminate against breeds.
That being said, this company has been terrible since the walk thru. Prior to that I had quick response times, of course they respond quickly when they are trying to get you to sign a 12 month lease & are getting a check for $4,000+.
Our leasing agent was terrible with appointments... he kept scheduling me & then calling me with contradicting appointment times after we'd already set a walk thru time/date. This was red flag 1.
After we moved in we noticed that the backyard was full of rusty nails & glass. We tried to have the company have it cleaned but never received a response. Red flag 2. We ended up doing it ourselves & collecting three grocery bags full of material that was super unsafe especially in a yard that was approved to have three dogs in it.
I won't go into more detail but basically they never answer when you call, you leave a message with your issue & you're supposed to hear back. I think I've received calls back 1/5 of the times. If you want something done you have to DEMAND it. You have to become this monster client that I'm sure their employees go home & bitch about with their spouses. But if you try and calmly call & request help with account balances, repairs, or maintenance you will be ignored. We switched from Invitation Homes, their leasing agency competitor & I can't even tell you how much of a mistake that was. I'm currently trying to get bees removed from the front of our house, one person scheduled a maintenance call today between 12-5pm & when I took off work & called to verify this morning, there was nothing confirmed.
