I never should have booked this hotel after knowing my bad experience from two years ago. However my sister was staying here and in the interest of being near family we decided to give it another shot. We checked in over five hours ago but our key would not work when we went back to the room. Calling down we discovered that they said something was wrong with our room and they needed to move us.
It took another 15 minutes to get into the second room because our key would not work a second time. After waiting and getting in we discovered that the room was much worse view and even the security guy questioned why they gave us that room. So we called again and after some negotiating they agreed to change us a third time. We have been waiting for 15 minutes and still not able to get into the third room.
Finally got into the third room and it is not made up.... bed used and worse view than the first. Signage is weird in this hotel and it's hard to find things....might have to just check out at this point!
Update....4th room not as good as first but we are done.... 1st room was fine but We figured out they probably had a higher paying bachelor party who wanted our room based on the pornographic message left on our tv. If you kick out a customer MGM management.... Make sure that you put them in a much better room. Bad management and bad customer service. Simply waiving the resort fee is not acceptable....
