  • So, the dealership as this far been a 5 star but Kerry in sales took it down. This guy is as slimy as they come. He lured us in on a truck they didn't have and then handed me off to someone else to do his grunt work. Then came in with the numbers. Not a lot of back and forth but when the deal was done he wouldn't even shake my hand. Was so busy trying to move on. I'm surprised this guy didn't dislocate his shoulder by patting himself on the back. He spoke about himself more than the truck I was buying. Then the "follow up call". He didn't ask how the truck was doing just for me to do the survey and to give him a perfect score. It's sad that he ruined the experience for us. We will go to the dealership again, just not go near him.
