Was very pleased with my membership and massages until the cancelation. Vince was my go to! My membership was placed on hold due to a knee surgery I had from a car accident. Eventually I had to cancel the membership they did not remind me that the 1 prepaid massage I had would be expiring.
Had a few phone call interactions with hand and stone and was not informed or reminded of the "contract I signed" until I called after a few months and was informed my prepaid massage was gone. For returning clients as well as retention consider reminding your customers that are leaving that there is a time limit to use a prepaid massage and they may actually return.
