  • Extremely bad customer service. Returned an unused iPhone case. Danielle M. assisted me, as soon as I handed her the receipt and item she gave me a disgusted look. Then went around to her manager inspecting such a simple item for about five whole minutes. She came back rude and unfriendly. I understand if the item looked somewhat used but it was in absolute perfect condition. & there was no need for me to be looked down on for exchanging an iPhone case.
