  • I really like all the merchandise I have purchased from RC Willey and the customer service I received when purchasing. Recently, however I went in to purchase a full appliance set... refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. I have paid off my RC credit card in full 3 times. I have purchased tile flooring, sectional leather rclining couch, and washer/dryer. When I went to use my card to finance my products, I was denied. I explained I recently had my identity stolen and my credit score was knocked down. Since then I have been working with Transunion to put fraud protection on all my cards and my score has gone up. I am a teacher who receives direct deposit every two weeks and my payments will be received. Again, I reminded them I have paid off this card 3 other times on large items. I also just finished teaching summer school, so I could probably pay these items off quickly. I am probably going to take my business somewhere else.
