This is my favorite barber anywhere from any time. There are to many things to say about this place. The barber Joe (Harry was his father) is one of the most unique individuals I've ever meet. Kind. Funny. And he cuts hair well. Unlike at Phillip P where he says "you can get anything BUT a goods haircut." And stepping into his shop is like steeping back in time, circa 1960, although I think his chairs are from the 30s. He always has a story or joke and is always smiling. And if you're on a budget, you can't beat a 7 dollar haircut.
BTW, Here are two articles about Joe and his shop. http://bit.ly/cyawUe http://bit.ly/szqL2a
