  • New management as of 2016 and now its horrible..... I've given it about 4 chances and each time its continually worse. They claim they have tons of colors, but after your manicure when they get ready to put on the polish, they tell you they oops! they don't actually have the color you chose! I get once....but its happened to me three times now. You're lucky if you get out of there without a cut from a file. Bad attitude from main lady that works there. I broke one nail but the others were long, so i asked for a simple gel powder overlay on the broken nail to give it length... She tried to force me to put a tip on it. I said no and asked for gel overla instead. She was so put out by it-she was huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes. She has an attitude every time I'm there, terribly rude to other customers as well. We all kind of look at each like wth... Now they will nickel and dime you to death and charge you more at the end than they initially quoted you....I could go on forever. Steer clear.
