  • I met up with a friend for lunch because I saw one of my facebook friends check in here one day. They commented on how good the wings were. So, I made a mental note to try them out. I entered the restaurant and greeted my friend. The waitress (a blonde lady) came over to take my drink order. She delivered it promptly. She came back to take our order and once our order came up and she delivered it to the table we NEVER saw her again. She never returned to refill our drinks or even ask if we needed anything. There was a guy passing our table, so I stop him and said, "Excuse me sir, I know you are not our waiter, but.." He abruptly interjected, "Well, I guess I am now, what do you need?" So, I asked for a refill of my drink and he brought it back to the table without saying a word. So, we are waiting.....and waiting....and waiting....almost afraid to ask for the check. My friend says to him, "May we have our check?" He states we have to come over to the bar to pay. To make matters worse he acted like it was hurting him to talk to us, like we were bothering him. BUUUUUUUUUT, was chatting it up with the older WHITE gentleman at the table next to us. I hand him my debit card, he runs the card and then THROWS it into my open hand. I HAVE NEVER, EVER HAS SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!!!! I am standing there staring at him like, NO YOU DID NOT! I DID NOT leave any tip, and I also took a picture of my receipt just in case they tried to charge a tip on my card. The food was sub par and the customer service was non-existent! I will never go there again and I don't recommend it to anyone else. Especially if you are not of the European decent! Treva H.
