I had Duquesne Light as my electric supplier for 3 years. I didn't have many problems with them until recently. I had to cancel my service because I was moving. I tried to cancel the autopay I had going and I thought I had but the site changed abruptly. There was no explanation. I tried to call for 5 days and every time I got a message that says "We're not available. Goodbye." Sketchy. And when I finally got a hold of them (online chat) they refused to simply put the money they took from my account back into it. Instead I have to wait 6-8 weeks for a check in the mail. I hope the BBB does something about this.
