  • I had an emergency situation where I needed my carpets cleaned the same day. I called Brian and he fit me in same day! At no point did I feel like I was bothering him, because he was SO nice and incredibly genuine. He called me BEFORE coming to my house, to make sure that we would meet up- that was great because I had assurance he was coming and he was coming ON TIME. He met up with my boyfriend at our home and went over the cleaning procedure, my boyfriend has mentioned that he was a very down to earth guy and really knew what he was talking about. Not only did our carpets look great, he knew it was for a move out- and he left us deodorizer for when we do the final walk through with our landlord. He was great and will definitely be using his services for our new home :) Thank you so much!
