  • I love Cream & have recommended it to many others. I am giving a low score b/c on this past Sun 5/21, I drove my granddaughter & daughter in law to the Downtown Summerlin store. I have just started to drive after complete reconstruction of my right foot but I was craving Cream. My daughter in law made my order, as I had to park too far for me to comfortably walk. I asked her to call me with flavors & after choosing I asked her if the cost was still 4.99 per pint & she said on price list it showed it still was. She ordered two scoops of French vanilla ice cream for my grand, she asked for 2 pints for me-cake batter & Royale caramel, then asked for a pint w/three layers of the ice cream she wanted. It took like forever & when she got back she was upset tearful & angry. She said they gave her three scoops of French vanilla, one single scoop of each thing she requested-even after having to tell the young lady helping her, the orders several times for each thing she ordered. She got to register to pay & was charged for 3 scoops tho' she specifically said two, got charged more for the single scoops vs pint size b/c young lady acted as if that was too much trouble-which I know has never been a problem in the past, then was told the price had gone up for the pints to $5.99. She was so upset w/how the server treated her-not to mention she is extremely shy-she paid w/o fighting about price change & orders being incorrect. She stated later the ice cream wasn't even good after being treated that way. She doesn't plan to ever go back. I think there needs to be more oversight of those young people who work there & your prices should be correct. If not it should not be the customer who is talked down to but instead price should be honored as listed on the wall menu-still love the taste but I am very hesitant to come again at least to that location. I am a medical provider & I can not treat my patients badly, even if they are rude as all get out. I think good staff should be held to same standards & that certainly was not the case on Sun. I would have truly been upset if things had occurred that way after walking in a cast w/a walker. I will say tho' had I been there I would have requested better treatment or we would have left in middle of transaction. My granddaughter liked her order & I liked the taste of my order so I acknowledge that- but I do hope w/busy season upon your business you will address these issues. It was the first time things have gone so horribly wrong there-I felt very disappointed & now you have lost one customer for sure at that site-maybe two. . I recognize serving others can be challenging but it is important to treat paying customers w/courtesy as long as they are not being unruly or badgering.
