  • Getting the oil changed and tires rotated and alignment check. This is by far the best Firestone that I've been to. Ryan is awesome in explaining the wait, the prices and everything they have done and need to do. No pressure to "fix" anything and based on other conversations with customers he has had, he knows his stuff and gives ALL options to let the customer choose what they want. Definitely coming back and referring anyone that needs auto work done to come here. Concord Mills was a good location but they are always so busy and this 8 month preggers mama don't have time to wait 3 hours. Thanks Ryan and Firestone for an awesome 10 out of 10 experience! #keepupthegreatserviceandwork
