If I can give them -0 I would. They don't even deserve 1 star for what we've experience with them recently. My husband was in a car accident 3 months ago. The other insurance (Farmers) finally gave in to agree on giving him a rental car after almost 2 months of waiting. Farmers then told my husband that if he needed the rental car for a longer period of time, to just let them know. Which he did. My husband had the car for 3 weeks. Once the car had been returned, Farmers only payed 10 days out of 3 weeks and Enterprise decided to come after us for the remaining amount. They took $100 out of our account EVEN after my husband told them that they can't take the money out and then they took another $339.14 yesterday from our account without letting us know. When I called, they can't explain to me why they kept taking money out of our account even after the fact that my husband already told them NO. We received the bill, youved closed the accout after taking $100 out of our account and you still did another withdrawal. Let US make the payment. You don't just take money out of people's account like you own it. And the guy I talked to doesn't believed me when I said my bank account shows the withdrawal that was completed. He wants me to bring him a copy. You guys make me sick. Typical corporate company...hungry for money and they will do everything they can to get it. Awesome way to represent your company, Enterprise. Especially, this branch in Gilbert.
