Like the last post I am also very impressed with this dealership for service.
All my past vehicles -cadillac, Acura's and Lexus also found to be very good when it came to routine service maintenance issues. But when an unexpected problem comes up its how well you know the product.
Michael (Manager), what an asset to this Service Department. His Knowledgeable leadership and training as reflected by service advisor Matt, and Norm. Believe me when I say not all dealerships are the same.
This is what sets this service department above any other dealerships I have been to.
