  • Ok I've been here before it's a cool place lots of candy but now I'm pissed off I was across town at rocket fizz looking for violet crumble (is very hard to find) they didn't have any so I looked up where to get it and hey look I've been there but before I spend my gas and time driving to Fremont let me call them so I did, 3 times no answer and that was at 11:20 so ok they might be busy or on lunch so I guess I'll just go there so I find a parking spot and walk up to it and it says back in 5 mins on the door and it'd 11:58 I called 30 mins ago and your still on lunch with a "back in 5 mins on the door" really????? Come on talk about horrible costumer service it's now 12:23 I've been here sence 11:58 and he just now open the door wow I didn't know "back in 5 mins " ment "back when ever the hell I please" so in turn good job your "5 min" break was more like an hour so please next time hire some one with punctuality thank you.....
