A colleague and I decided to order lunch today, along with some other coworkers. I was excited to try this place based on the Yelp reviews but was unable to do so due to awful customer service.
We placed an order via phone at 11:10, leaving just a name and location for delivery. My colleague's credit card was charged over the phone and we were given an expected delivery time of 12:15. The business did not ask for my colleague's phone number.
12:15 rolls around, no delivery. 12:20, no delivery. 12:25, 12:30, and finally we call them at 12:35. The person on the other end told us they were out of bacon, which was the key ingredient of several of our sandwich orders. Instead of reaching out to us to 1) offer is the opportunity to make a switch, 2) even tell us about the issue and 3) give us the opportunity to cancel the order, this place just did nothing -- they already charged the credit card! What an awful customer experience, I will never even remotely get the urge to try this place after this... what a sad excuse for customer service.
