Jerry installed my garage storage racks last year and I was satisfied with the quality of work. Although I had difficulty getting hold of someone at Raxmasters to set up appointment last year (It took about 2 weeks to just get hold of Jerry for an appointment), he seemed like a nice guy and I was happy with the storage racks.
Fast forward. Being a loyal customer, I contacted him again last week to have additional 3 storage racks installed today at 8 am. Today appointment was set up a week ago and was confirmed for 8 am today. Jerry texted me at 7:55 am and mentioned that he would be at my house an hour late. I replied and requested that we reschedule the appointment for next week when it is more convenient for him. He called and seemed very angry, stating that "I really don't do installs anymore and I am doing you a favor by coming over." I am sorry Jerry, but I am about to spend another $1000 with you and you are considering this a favor??
My advise to everyone, if you are retired or have a open schedule and can accommodate Jerry's busy life then call him. I forwarded Jerry's info to my brother and he tried to get storage racks installed, but he is not as patient as I am and after leaving 3 voicemail for Raxmaster, he decided to go with another company.
The sad thing is that the product that is being installed by Raxmasters is very durable and I wish that there was another vendor installing these storage racks. Jerry mentioned last year that he has exclusive rights in Las Vegas to these storage racks; however, I wished that the supplier would give other vendors/dealers in town the right to install these racks.
Quality of the storage racks = 5 star
Customer service and punctuality by Raxmasters = 1 star
