  • Today was my first time in. First impressions: very clean studio, all weights very organized. I like how they clean the studio after each class. I took the down and dirty boot camp in the sweat room. I think the class was good but I think if you are a beginner it will be very hard. I've taken yoga, Pilates and bootcamps classes before not at this studio and this felt more of Zumba class. In my opinion there were moves that could have been left out. I think if you are starting off or don't really know what you are doing you can get hurt but not only that, not get the full intended workout cause you aren't doing it correctly. Very hot and sweaty which is great! Overall good class. I don't think I would take this class again or perhaps a diff instructor. The locker room is clean. They provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer, razors, shaving cream, tampons and mouthwash. The lockers all have locks that are easy to use. I will be coming back again and checking out the other classes.
