  • Red Square is a solid choice at Mandalay Bay. The service was attentive and since it was a slow night, the manager stopped by not once but twice to check on us. The Czar Salad was a unique twist on a Caesar that started out strong but dressing was a little overwhelming by the end of my salad. Entrees were great - Chicken Kiev and Rouquert Filet were both winners. The only disappointment of the night was the creamed spinach - way, way too salty. I would give them 3.5 stars if I could but since I can't, the spinach kicks them down a notch to a solid 3.
