rev:text	Well the unit itself overall i would rate a 4, however im paying extra for a supposed upgrade. So at first i couldn't cook called they'll send someone.... Two days later i pulled it out it was unplugged. So now i work at home pt and no internet in the wall, the line is dead. Call again they'll send someone. Two days later he came replaced the wall jack, now i not only have no internet, i have no phone either so now i cant fax any more. So Sunday I call and the guy says he will speak to manager and call me back.... How??? No return call, no maintenance either. TWO days layer I call they send the guy who now says all the ethernet cables are dead and its only wifi.... The idiot in the office is the one who told me to buy the damn 30 cable! So i now purchase what i need and hark, works now but keeps kicking me out. Three days go by, my internet i PAID for is now expired and i couldn't use it but 5 mins the first day before it died. The guy says theres some problem on their part and it should be fixed now. I have done nothing since I was now told they are canceling our business relationship and to turn in my keys by noon. Tonight theres a fight right outside they hit my window so hard the window opened and what everyone said was shots.... What kind of a place are they running? The lady that lives by the pool has her table out all weekend loaded with alcohol and such and thats ok... The kids hang out on the stairs now that schools out they let them, these kids DONT move if you have groceries either! They make total mess, melted ice cream all over bubble gum on stairs, you sure must get the picture. Office staff get 2 1/2 stars cuz it depends on who you get what gets done. Im sadly disappointed by them here and only need a short term until college starts but i guess i need to find another place. You may just want to avoid this place, if you complain about anything you will be asked to leave...
