  • So frustrated! I had an old computer transfer to new computer. 5 years ago I had this done by someone else and everything worked out perfect! THIS TIME!! I only got data files transferred. No Office, No Outlook, lost 100's contacts, all birthdays and all appointments on my calendar. Because the windows 10 wasn't installed I lost 95% of all my passwords. I could have easily done that had I known! This will take weeks to get flowing again! OK, they may have done what I told them to do, but would expect a little communication about what to expect. HOLY CRAP what a mess! In hind site I should have installed windows 10, Office and all my programs on the new computer 1st, then taken it in for the transfer. I just wish someone would have informed me of what would happen up front!
