  • This review is based on my experience with the amazing sales associate we dealt with, Whitney, and on our sofa purchased at Condo Sized Furniture. Sofa Feedback: We ordered and received a sofa that was custom tailored to our requests. We purchased the Jake, 80" and requested the back be 2" higher than the floor model, different colour stained legs than shown, no buttons on the seat and custom matching pillows to our specs (one for each end) and got exactly that. It will take 8 weeks, possibly more, so mentally prepare yourself, as 8 weeks felt much longer than we thought it would but it was worth it. It looks great, is comfortable and feels like a quality piece. Whitney Feedback: Ok, if you are looking to hire an amazing sales or customer service rep, then you know how hard it is to find someone good. I mean genuinely GOOD. Good at their job. Good with people and genuinely CARES about all aspects of their role. That's Whitney. If you are shopping for furniture, deal with Whitney every step of the way. If you're looking to hire a new employee that involves sales or customer service in any capacity or industry (not just retail or furniture), find out when she will be in the store, stop by and I guarantee within minutes of interacting with her, you will be mentally working on a plan as to how you might be able to steal her away. As someone who is also in a sales and marketing role, it's truly a rare experience for me to find someone who can meet my high standards and expectations, let alone exceed them!
