  • Not sure if it's all new staff, or new management, or what - but the quality of the burgers the last couple times has been markedly different. Mine was over cooked both times though I asked for medium. Tonight they seemed under staffed or inexperienced - salad bar was a mess - most of the tables and booths hadn't been cleared either. Hopefully just a couple off nights and not a new trend.
