  • I brought in an example extension from an old set of the exact one I needed and the clerk sold me the complete wrong one along with the wrong tape to match and when I got home and found out that it was the wrong one they wouldn't even exchange it for the correct even though I had receipt ,it was un opened ,an hour eArlier and completely untouched so it was my problem . I had to go to another location ( Christown mall ) where they honored the exchange it even though it was not their incompetence that got me into this situation they provided me the customer service I should have recieved across the board.
