I came here on the Sunday of the long weekend and was absolutely blown away. I recognized the Chef de Cuisine Peter Jensen from a meal at Momofuku Shoto, where he was not only unbelievably talented but also very gracious. We had the white asparagus, albacore tuna, shrimp and spinach, brisket, and a squid and snap pea dish. Every single one was incredible and so detailed. I literally cannot think of a bad thing to say. I can't wait to come back and dine here again! Thank you Jen and the team for creating such an amazing place to visit.
