  • I am so disappointed to be writing a negative review because I really wanted to like Desert Discount Tree Care & Removal. I originally called back in November (2016) and was told Russ was out of town and I'd hear back once he returned. Come a month later (December), I had heard nothing. So, I call again and was told the exact same thing. That's fine, long vacations are great. I wish I could take one. After January (2017) had come and gone - as well as February - I called yet another time (March) to be told once again that Russ would give me a call back soon. That was over a week ago, and still no phone call. I get the same response each time I call and at this point it just sounds disingenuous. Which is really too bad because this company came recommended by a few people and I was excited to work with them. My honest opinion at this point is that calling Desert Discount Tree Care is a waste of time.
