Just discovered this place and its pure gold! I've never felt better after a work out.. I guess its typical crossfit style but new to me, they do different workouts everday that push you and use new muscles all in a 30 minute workout. Gale makes sure you are hitting your peak performance by pushing you to do more and take on more weight... I love this class and highly recommend to anyone that is bored at the gym or wants to bring your fitness to the next level.
